I am making veggie korma for dinner, with Iraqi samoom Isaac and I bought at Tandoor Bread, a little Middle Eastern bakery we discovered recently. It's a soft pocket bread, similar to pita, that we bought hot out of the oven a couple of hours ago. I will let you know how the korma comes out (I will say that Zoë would not approve of its authenticity, but it sure smells good). Oh, by the way, last night's shakshouka was delicious, despite the fact that the eggs on one side were slightly overdone and the eggs on the other side were slightly underdone.
