phew, what a relief to read these letters to the editor of the new york times in response to that crazy op-ed about vegan baby killers. i composed several in my head, but i didn't actually write any of them down. the last letter was written by zoe weil -- i think her humane education ideas are interesting.
although most of the letters were pro-vegan, i thought this goofy endorsement of the original op-ed was pretty funny: "It’s appalling that anyone would think that a diet based on a dubious morality would build a human infant. Children need protein."
