is making fried rice at 6 am.
but yum, it's gonna taste good to bean at lunchtime! we had it for dinner last night, but we ate it all up (my plan was to have leftovers for lunches). stir fried rice, with veggies and tiny bits of homemade seitan, and it has the egginess of "real" fried rice via a bit of scrambled tofu. also for bean, cantaloupe and a homemade biscuit.
for boo, a veggie sausage biscuit sandwich, with cantaloupe and a coconut cupcake with fudgy icing.
